Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced hospice agency Medicare recertification survey conducted on July 6, 2021 through July 8, 2021, Kindred Hospice, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113,Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
